Here it is: Homemade chocolate covered strawberries recipe!!! ♥
-For the white chocolate we used Simply Melt - $1.99 at Save-A-Lot.
-For the Milk chocolate we used Smucker's Hot Fudge Sundae Topping - $2.50 at Save-A-Lot.
- 1 lb. of Strawberries - $3.99 at Save-A-Lot.
We did this recipe for under $10 and it's perfect for a Valentine's Day snack!
-Wash strawberries and then let dry.
-Melt the white chocolate (simply melt) for 15-20 seconds then stir, melt for another 30 seconds and stir again.
-When the white chocolate is completely melted, dip each strawberry in until well coated.
-Set strawberries on PARCHMENT PAPER so the white chocolate can set.
-Pour the Smucker's Hot Fudge into a piping bag (if you don't have a
baker's kit with a piping bag a ziplock baggie with a very tiny hole cut
in the corner works perfectly)
-Design the strawberries with the chocolate in the pipers/ziplock as you please.
-Let the strawberries set/chill in the fridge for at least 20 minutes!
